X-Plane chooses the wrong video driver...

Featured Replies

I have X-Plane 10 and a fast i7 4770K rig with 16GB RAM and two video cards.  I run FSX/Prepar3D/X-Plane on a large color monitor which is driven by an NVIDIA GTX 780.  I have two high res monochrome monitors running off of an NVIDIA Quadro FX card and I use those only for work (Radiology), not for flying.  I have the two monochrome monitors off (the windows key + P ---> choose computer only) but when I run X-Plane 10 it chooses the Quadro FX driver for rendering and displays a VERY slow FPS on my main color screen.  How can I force X-Plane to choose the correct card (the GTX 780) for rendering?

Thanks,

Scott
