new graphic card and screen refresh rate

Hi

 

Today I'm running FSX on I7 2600 processor and Nvidia GTX 460 (1GB) and Samsung S24B300 monitor

I use nvidia inspector setting Vsync 1/2 refresh rate.

for set limit of 35 FPS, I force screen refresh rate 70Hz using nvidia control panel.

today FSX run smootly width no stutters at 35 FPS...

 

now I think about buying new GPS for P3DV2 (I thing on GTX760 or GTX 780 -  2GB)

but before buying I want to be sure, I still set 70Hz refresh rate on the same monitor but defferent graphic card.

 

do you know if combination of GTX 780 and S24B300 will still can work with 70Hz refresh rate ?
