Active Sky Spam Filter Won't Let Me Sign Into Forums

Hello,

 

It has been a year or so since I logged into the HiFi forums.  Now I have ASN and I need support and I forgot my password.  BUT I cannot request an email to my account because the spam filter won't accept my answer:  "What does the F stand for in FS"?  If it is not "Flight" than what is it?  Because of this I cannot get any support on that site.  Please help.  Thanks
