Everything crashing! Any way to deactivate my serial?

Hello,

 

I just got PMDG 777LRFX and i installed it, activated.But when i open a flight with 777 FSX keeps crashing after loads the flight.Also PMDG operations center keeps crashing after update when i want to open it.

 

I want to try unistalling & reinstalling but how can i deactivate my serial? I can't access to FMC and PMDG Op Center.

 

Please help me, sorry for my bad English.

I'm in trouble with this problem again, i will reinstall my OS, any way to deactivate ? :(
