PMDG 777X Activation / Error:Activation Library handle creation failed

Hi,
After a clean installation of PMDG 777X I tried to activate it but I got this message:

777X Activation

ERROR: Activation library handle creation failed

(just to mention that before I format my pc the plane was working fine with the same windows, WIN7 - Ultimate x64, since September)

From PMDG, indicated the steps below which had not result:

1. The activation key is active.

2. Reinstall, (with or without "right-click, Run as administrator").

3. administrative rights to the program files which FSX is installed.

4. Disable all programs related to computer security.(Antivirus-Firewall-AntiMalware)

Do you have any idea what is happening?
