Norway for P3D 2.0

I've posted an updated topic about the Norway freeware here:

Since it also applies to and works in P3D 2.0, I decided to post this link here so those who don't visit the FSX forum anymore won't miss it. ^_^

So far everything seems to work fine but if you run into a problem that may be P3D 2.0 related, please post it here!
