January 1, 201412 yr Sorry if this is in the wrong spot but ive been searching for the answer for a couple hours to no avail. I am using Mytraffic 2013 and editvoicepackX. How can I change how atc addresses GA aircraft? Sometimes they use "beech 123" and i would prefer " king air 123", sometimes they (and the pilot) use "N1234" and i would prefer "challenger 1234"' sometimes it seems they dont know what it is and use "12d" etc. Any way to manually change what they say? I just got done editing a whole bunch of military air.cfg files to add more realistic atc_airline= commands, so i feel like i can do it, just not sure how. Any help greatly appreciated!
January 1, 201412 yr Author Well I think I have answered most of my own question. By changing the atc_type= and atc_model= parameters I can get most of what I want. For some reason the aircraft in Mytraffic dont respond as well, maybe because they use an air.cfg file instead of aircraft.cfg like the orbx traffic does. Those aircraft seem to use N1234 on the ground and then switch to 234 in the air, and atc cant figure out the type when they make a traffic call. Still not sure whats going on there. Ive narrowed it down to Challenger aircraft being the main problems.
