I just received my Christmas present from my oldest daughter and Grandson ( suggested by me, of course) , a copy of Computer Pilot Magazine. It even came with a full page insert with a Merry Christmas and their names on it. I used to subscribe to this magazine years ago and was curious as to how it was doing now. The magazine, is excellent. Good quality paper, photos, articles and looks like it is a truly professional publication. There is a great article on instrument flying, some practice IFR flights, a 10 page review on Fighter planes from the Pacific, a review of the new CH Throttle etc.. etc.. Very well done. I know that you can find a great deal of information on the internet, but to me, there is nothing like sitting down in your living room and reading a magazine from cover to cover.

Yeah, it is a nice magazine. I pick up a copy now and then becuase my job has me driving around alot and I quite often eat lunch in my vehicle and it makes for good in-car reading material. I still find it's often about a month behind the net for info (which makes sense of course since its published monthly) but I do on occasion find new info in it, and the reviews are quite good too...
