What happened to my frames?

After some problems with my system, I reinstalled FS9. I installed FSW's high performance clouds, the resized autogen textures, and the Aiport Environment Upgrade. I reset all of my settings to their previous values.Now, instead of being locked at 31 practically all the time, I get only 27 on the ground in the default Cessna. That goes down with payware airplanes and weather, etc.I did a fresh reinstall of my vid drivers too, the latest Catalyst.System isAsus K8V DeluxeA64 3200+Radeon 9800 Pro 1281 gig 3200 RAMSeagate 120G HDAny ideas?I know this is hard to answer, but I am at a loss.
