Real World weather no longer loads at start up.

After uninstalling IVAO's IVAC FS9 no longer auto loads Real World weather at start-up. The IVAC program handled weather downloads itself so i assume it disabled the FS9 defualt auto-load process. Unfortunatly it appears the uninstall didnt re-enable them back so it appears Im forced to manually relaod them. Is there somewhere I can go in the FS9 file folders to re-enable them myself?

Pardon me, that software was the IVAP...the pilot software.
