Airspeed indication lost !

Featured Replies

Anyone have this problem in FS9? After taking off in a 737, got off the ground and after about 2000 feet, I noticed my airspeed indicators all went to 0. When I turned on the autothrottle, the engines went to full throttle. I could see the airspeed on the GPS screen. I think this happened to me once before, a while back. Another question, I was using the Winter Wonderland weather theme, when I started rolling down the runway I had to steer the plane back to the left. Is this due to the crosswind? Thanks for any info.Andy

Hi Andy,Did you remember to turn on the pitot heat. If the pitot tube freezes, then the airspeed drops. Regarding the second question, it sounds like a crosswind situation. R-
