Hardware Newbie

I am brand new to this. I'm an aircraft technician looking for a hobby associated with the same line of work im in. So I would love to get into FS.

I don't want to just go out and buy a computer to use for FSX though. I would like to build my own. Which is why I am here to get as much information I can get from you, much more experienced FSX and hardware users.

Budget at this point doesnt matter. What I'm looking for is information based on brands, types of hardware, and general prices I should be going for on Motherboards, Drivers, Hard Drives, Monitors, Etc... before I go out and spend money.
