PMDG Jetstream license initialization failure

Hi,

My name's Robbie and I'm a new member to the forum (well, was a previous forum member years ago before Avsim was hacked). I've been simming for years on and off and have several PMDG products, but I have a slight problem with the PMDG Jetstream aircraft.

After installing and inserting the license key upon FSX launch, I get the following error message:

"License initialization failed"

So, I uninstalled the aircraft and reinstalled it. The sim did not even give me a chance to enter the key again and it showed me this error message again.

Could anybody from PMDG help? Their new support system is slightly confusing.
