no throttle animation

I bought the J41 last week but the throttle's stay stationary and don't move. The power does change accordingly, just no throttle animation. Controls are mapped through registered version of FSUIPC and haven't had any issue with any other add on's.

Update: I found a similar post indicating the same problems as I'm having. That customer stated his avionics displays weren't working in addition to throttles not moving. I checked and I'm having the same issues. I don't remember if I got an activation window that popped up or not. Can anyone on the support staff check?
