Is there an alternate download link for the windscreen fix? The published link reports download quota exceeded.

 

I finally got the scenery enabled from <fsx>\Addon Scenery\LHC_Alaska\scenery, there is a texture folder in the same location as the secenery - what is that for? It looks like it has a bunch of stock items. The texture.cfg files have several backup locations but none seem to access this folder.

 

Are all the SimIcons supposed to work on the 2d panel?
