Saitek Radio stopped working after squawk install

I recently installed squawk and got onto vatsim and everything worked fine (except low fps 5/7fps!) but the 3rd or 4th time I started it up my Saitek Radio panel has gone dead. My yoke, rudder pedals, switch panel and multi-panel all work fine, but radio panel dead. I have ran the function check program and it is not receiving anything from the panel but when I check the devices settings in windows it says radio panel is there and functioning. Very confused about what to do? Cheers in advance! Running through win7.
