PMDG Operation Center problem

Hi,

 

I was searching for new paint and learned that it is threw Operation Center. However when I got to Start-All Program- PMDG-Operation Center. There is nothing. It says EMPTY. How can I have the Operation Center to change painting on my B777?

found it under my C drive but my FSX is under another drive. Do I have to transfer it to the same drive than my FSX to see it?

 

Please help anyone.
