April 1, 201412 yr Hi all, I met a problem with my 737NGX on my new laptop that after running a few minutes (normally before I could set up everything for take off when start on runway), the computer sound device simply cease working. Not only the FSX but also other programmes lost their sounds. The appearance of sound control is still normal, different from which I disable sound cards manually. The only solution to this I found so far is to terminate the FSX, and other sounds would then come back. I am wondering that is there any possible conflicts or compatibility issues between 737NGX and my current sound device and/or the device driver, but I have no idea how to eliminate them. If there is anybody has the same issue, that may help a lot. My laptop is MSI GX60-3AE (Hitman edition), with sound device "Realtek high definition audio" (driver version 6.0.1.6818) and other 2 called "AMD High Definition Audio Device" and "Bluetooth Audio Device". I didn't change the sound drivers and actually cannot find proper updates about this. Thanks :unsure:
