Light of landing headlights works not correctly

hello! There are problems with light at landing headlights, light besides still the very dim. The problem appeared after a release of version 2.1 and didn't disappear with a release of version 2.2.

Please, study video, in it it is visually visible a problem. (http://youtu.be/KxVOqqW-wZM)

And as the problem is visible in video with version 2.2 Beta (http://youtu.be/Wm3hcupPTbo - from 2:50 till 3:40).

I did pure installation of a simulator already several times from scratch. But the problem remained.

There is at somebody the same problem?
