FSX can not find Fsinn/Fscopilot

Hello!

 

My friend is having some problems. He has just installed fscopilot and fsinn but when he starts fsx there's nothing but fsuipc under the Addons bar. He had shut off firewall and anti virus and the installation is correctly done! What else could be the error? He is also running fsx as an administrator.
