Description:Maiquetia FIR has preparared: Maiquetia Real 2005... El Evento Que nunca Imaginaste in order to celebrate its 6th anniversary.This event has been developed like no other before. Maiquetia Real 2005's objective is to simulate a whole day of real operations in Venezuela based in the airlines real schedules.These schedules were takem from the famous airline databaseOAG. For this event, all the schedule for the month of March 05 were collected and then Friday was choosen as the day to simulate.Our staff prepared aircraft routings and crew parings as real as possible. Maiquetia Real 2005 is the event that you never dreamed of because:*you will have at least 15 hours of ATC service.*Real Schedule for 31 airlines serving Venezuela.*The event will have a total of 370 flights and 569 hours of flying time.*139 pilots will participate.*127 flight plans will be requiered for this event.*Aircraft assigment will simulate the real operations. It means that a single airplane flying a set of legs could be flown for two or more crews.In order to increase the thrill, the legs will not disclosed to the pilots until they have registered. They can choose their assigments based in the following information:Airlines, number of legs in the assigment and total block time.This event will not be the typical event where all the pilots fly from Point A to Point B.For all the reasons above and more to come Fly in Maiquetia Real 2005 will be the event that you never dreamed...Date y TimeThe event will take place on Saturday April the 2nd. From 5 AM (GMT-4) until midnight.Pilot RegistrationPilots must go to the following page and choose one of the possible assigments. Every assigment has a unique pilot ID. Every assigment can be choose based in the following variables: Airline, Number of Legs within the assigment and total block time. Once the pilot has choose his/her assigment, an e-mail must be sent to the following addressindicating:E-mail Subject: Maiquetia Real 2005Pilot Name and CID (Vatsim ID)Pilot ID choosenAfter this,The pilot will receive an e-mail indicating the whole schedule. If the pilot agrees with this schedule, he/she must send a e-mail to the same e-mail address indicated above stating: Maiquetia Real 2005. Pilot ID (whatever ID was taken): Confirmed.Once this step is completed, your schedule will be assigned to you.
