I have this installed in my scenrey library. In correct positions, I ran the terrain tool and it said it set my terrain cfg for fs global. Sadly I do not see any differences after running the terrain tool. 


Oh turns out I was just looking in the wrong places. I was around lake tahoe, known for mountains and I guess fs global didn't need to do anything. I went to MMMX without global on. A ton of flat land. Then I turn it on and mountains appear looking much better than default. Problem fixed.
