February 18, 200521 yr Hello, Is there a file that I could download that will make head shaking effect if using flaps on small plane, something like you might experience on wwiionline.com if you have played it? Erik Diamond
February 18, 200521 yr Active Camera (payware but worth every penny) has an inbuilt head latency effect that reacts on G forces, landing and the like. Not sure about flaps though. Look at their website www.anticyclone.be.Herrie
February 18, 200521 yr And like the effects in IL-Sturmovik. Nope not like that, only the Real air spit and Scout have it hardcoded and not even with flaps down. The only general tool in this sence would be Active Camera (payware) and FSCamera 1.5 (freeware)But indeed it would add to realism! All the best.Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://www.emotipad.com/emoticons/Flying.gif"To go up, pull the stick back. To go down, pull the stick back harder"
February 18, 200521 yr Author Hehe, at least on small G/A planes the flaps should be deployed smoothly so you won't have a shaking effect.;)But a shaking effect because of air turbulance, thermics and hard landings would be cool! Also different amount of ground rumble depending on the surface you're rolling over.best,ClaudioPS: I dreamed about FS10 tonight! Here the feature list (that I still remember:-lol):1. New scenery engine with very detailed mesh, advanced shadows and greatly improved autogen. Forest are not a forest texture and trees on top of it but made of actual trees itself. The vegetation moves with the wind and the downwash of helicopters. Grass is also displayed 3-dimensionaly. The trees are very accuratly modelled down to the single leaves. Also the vegetation is composed of the proper plants depending on its geographic location.2. The MD11 will be included in the new version!3. Emergencies will be simulated. Like collapsing landing gear on a hardlanding, engine fires etc. All with very realistic effects triggered by the physics engine!4. The aircraft will still be gmax. The shadowing of the aircraft remains the same as in FS2004. That means now selfshadowing. That was a bit dissapointing! At least the ground shadows are smooth now (no hard edge anymore)!5. The flight dynamics don't seam to have changed alot either. The "heavy" feel of R/W aircraft seams still not to be there.Let's see how much my dream was!:-hahcheers,Claudio
