With the default 737 I'm getting an annoying checklist about 5 or 6 minutes. Perhaps it's realistic, but it is loud (often well over ACT orders) and I want to get rid of it. How?Thanks

I do not think the default 737-400 came with a spoken checklist. This may well be the result of some installed add on?
