SkyDecks CRJ & FeelThere Planes

Featured Replies

I wanted to know if anyone out here is using the SkyDecks CRJ panel with the Wilco/FeelThere CRJ Experience. I know SkyDecks put a cross-config tool out to make their 737NG panel work with PMDG's planes (which I'm using in that combination successfully). My friend Kyle has the Wilco CRJ already, and he told me the default panel is set up pretty true-to-life with the FMC & other bells & whistles. As a screen-shot simmer, that scares me as much as the PMDG panel did! I want to see if anyone else has tried this before I plunk down green on the CRJ & start any irrevocable hacking...(I spend 3 hours a week in the PIC ERJ-145, I thought that would be an easy-enough FMC to start with!)Thanks in advance!Scott

Just curious, why would you want to aliase the Skydecks NG panels onto PMDG's planes?

I like FS for the eye-candy. I take a lot of screen shots for the galleries I have on my personal website. Planes like the PMDG's are too complex with their stock panels to just 'get up and go'.I'm not alone either. SkyDecks would have never made that small configuration app if they hadn't heard a substantial request from those wishing to use PMDG's beautiful visual models with an easier-to-fly panel as theirs (I think their panel looks better than PMDG's anyway). Now, if we can just get SkyDecks to do an A320 panel (hint, hint!) :)Scott

Good reason I guess. I'll have to pay more attention to your screenies!
