Cant install 737ngx win7 fsx sp2 no eng version

Evening,

 

I have just purchased the 737NGX and it needs the FSX SP2 to install, the problem is that when I try to install sp2 its its been to be the English version of fsx, which it is. Ive followed the PMDG guide on uninstalling and reinstalling fsx, searched these forums to no avail.
