Hey everyone, just visited a friend and he seems to be having a problem with the Water on his sim. This seems to be happening everywhere we go Canada and different parts of the US pretty much globally

Its really strange ive never seen it before. When he lands on water on an Amphibian plain theirs no water effects (Waiter effect slider is to the max) Also when Moving in the water you can here a rolling Effect instead of the Splash effect sound that you'd normally hear when navigating in the water but the aircraft has no wheels?

I did check the sound folder and the sound effect is there along with the water trails texture and effects within the effects folder. 

We tried hovering over the water using the default Bell and it seems to show the Rotor wash effect just fine. Any ideas?

We have also tested it with a Boat and everything works? Just the amphibian planes seems not to work

I Managed to fix the problem, somehow he managed to delete the [Effects FX_WAKE.fx] and [FX_Spray.fx] I simply copied them over from my sim to his and all is well  B)
