March 6, 200521 yr I was doing some panel work, nothing fancy, just adding gauges. All of a sudden, the shift and ctrl key combos have stopped working. At some point in the process, I did have a bluescreen crash while exiting MSFS, but I can't remember if it directly preceded the failure of the key combos or not. I have undone the changes I made to the panel, so I can't figure out what's going on.Help!Thomas Perry
March 6, 200521 yr I'm thinking that a dll must have gotten corrupted when FS crashed my system as I was exiting FS. BTW, I had my IPAQ attached using gpsout.dll and pocketfms at the time. So far, it appears that the problem only occurs in FS, the shift and ctrl keys work well everywhere else. Any thoughts on how to track this down? I replaced FSUIPC.dll
March 6, 200521 yr Sorry, false alarm. It appears that all my keys got unassigned in my config file, even ones that I thought were default. Good thing I had a copy from which to get the changes I've made. Thanks
March 8, 200521 yr Fsuipc some time messes the key assigments. If it happens again just get into the FS settings - assigments and click on reset default.Leo
