check this out guys. Recently everytime i start a flight, the first part of the flight will go fine, until about climb or cruise then my frame rates will drop to as low as 1.9 and not because of where i am flying. it;s really weird from 30-1 for no reason.Get Back At Me If U Know What's going on.

If this is happening when you are near clouds you might need to reduce some visual distance slider settings. You could try setting the weather to Clear All Weather and see if the same thing happens.
