I have a copy of FS Hot FX on my old PC and trying to install it on my new one, it says my code is invalid. I posted on their web site support and sent them a couple of emails and no response. I also noticed some posts on their forum , on the same question that were posted weeks ago, and remain unanswered. Has anyone know if they are still in operation or not?

I had the same problem in the recent past. They did respond eventually after I sent a couple of irate emails.

Five day's, and not a hint of a response out of them. I have a feeling that this is a Sim Company whose products should be avoided.
