Missing Navaids and small airports

Featured Replies

Hello Forum,I really need some help on this one.I just did a re-install on my FS2004 and was going through the chore of downloading and re-installing airplanes and programs, when I noticed that I have no Navaids and very few airports. Arkansas lists just 3 airports in the whole state and 6 in Louisiana. Most of the states I checked were like that. According to my "Flight Planner" there are only 156 Airports in the entire US!The "Flight Planner" will not permit anything except a "GPS Direct" flight, mainly because there are no navaids showing either. When I pull up the map, the shape is fine, including the mountains, but no cities, no navaids of any kind and no airports. FSNav says the cities are there, but when you get to the destination, there is just an open pasture or grassy field. Oh, and another thing. Trees and brush are now showing up on the taxiways, ramps and near the runways in places like O'Hare and LaGuardia! What have I done and how can I fix it without going through the hassle of another re-install?Roy RylandM39
