777-200 Yellow Caution Light Remains On After Sp1

After installing SP1, the yellow caution light still remains on and cannot be extinguished, just like in the in the pre-SP1 version.  I thought SP1 was supposed to fix this problem; or, am I doing / not doing something.  Any suggestions?
