Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Lag/ Stutter FSX

I have the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for FSX, and when ever I turn the joystick in any way, shape, or form my frames go from 50FPS down to 8.5FPS and I have no idea why. This only started last night 8/8/14

Intel Core i7 2600 3.40GHz


8GB RAM


Nvidia GTX460
