March 31, 200521 yr The Mooney Bravo is supposed to cruise at 220kts, yet the airspeed indicator on the panel has VNE at 200kts, and a cruise range around 140-160kts. I could swear that the first few times I ran it a different airspeed indicator was displayed, but I uninstalled and reinstalled MSFS and the airspeed indicator is still the wrong one.Any ideas?
March 31, 200521 yr The Bravo's cruise is 220KTAS at FL250. That means indicated airspeed at cruise/cruise alt is much slower, well below the VNE. Don't expect to cruise at 220KTS at sea level--cruise figures are always stated in true airspeed, not indicated airspeed, and are usually qualified at a particular altitude.-John
