So I'm currently flying on vatsim, in a 777 200 at fl380. but for some reason ill lose speed at around 1kt/second. Any ideas why this could happen? I'm thinking it could be a weight issue, or the altitude Im at.

Are you using FSInn? I know there was a weather bug with that.  You would see that the outside air temperature is very high.  In this case I think you disable weather in FSInn.

That didn't work. I went into the settings and disabled weather by default. As far as I know that should've worked, but the eicas still said 23 C.

See this thread.  It was a long time ago, but I know I had the same issues.  It has to do with the vatsim weather and FSInn.  Also, there are other clients you can use that might work better for you.  http://www.vatsim.net/pilots/pilotsclients/
