Preselect altitude FMS + airways + turn coordinator

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any option to solve my problems:

1) Is it possible to input airways into the FMS - not just point to point? I saw this picture on Justflight website -  notice the right part with "Airway" button - but I can't get to this page in the FMS.

2) Is it possible to turn off preselected altitudes at waypoints and control altitude just with autopilot?

3) I couldn't find the turn coordinator on this airplane. I assume this aircraft is just too fast and needs bank 20* for procedural turns. However, does it mean that I can use autopilot HDG mode for holdings, turns, etc. ?
