No Road Traffic in FSX

For a while now I have had no road vehicles in FSX, even with the slider set to 100%.  I'm a bit confused.  Boats appear and that's no problem but why only road vehicles don't show up, I have no clue.  So I was hoping someone could help me and had a clue or insight on this issue.  I have My Traffic 2013 and FTX Global.  (Those are the only addons I see having any influence on roads and vehicles)  So if anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it :)
