G'day all. I have this very annoying probelm when in VC of certain aircraft. The texture around the HUD randomly disappears. When it does disappear, if I put it into slew mode (pressing 'y'), the texture re appears, but then disappears when I go back out of slew mode. These pics show what I mean. Ant help greatly appreciated..

Wow that's wierd. I've never seen that before. If it's only in that aircraft then I would suspect an error in the panel.cfg in the VC section, at least that's where I would look first. Maybe open it up and compare it to any other VC panel.cfg file for blatant differences.

I had something similar with the MAAM Briefing Time. I seem to remember that I solved the issue by turning on (or off...) "render to texture". At that time I answered a somewhat similar question either here or on "the other place", supplying the solution. It might still be buried in the bowels of the forums, to be recovered through diligent searching. Anyway, try turning on "render to texture" if you have it off, and off if you have it on. I'm almost sure it was a "rtt" thing.Be well!Jaap Verduijn.
