Hi guys I own both PFX and 777 immersion but trying to re install is giving me a wrong combination of password or ID ...please advise

yes I did installed previously ...how can I reactivate my licensees? 

I forgot to say that I still have 2 activation left for PFX and 1 left for 777 immersion.....
