I've noticed their new shots here: http://www.captainsim.com/products/c130/. Nice preview. I wish I could get this bird now! :9:-bla

Lots of "Wow" here!. I have the CS 727, and - in spite of the plethora of negative posts it's received over the last year or so - I still think it's one of the best and most challenging simulations to fly. It has great documentation - when coupled with Mike Stinchfield's Tutorial Quick reference: it LOOKS, sounds and flies like a "real" aircraft. I will buy the Herkybird as soon as it hits the shelves. pj

The CS727 /was a great aircraft for FS2002. They never really updated her for FS9 and she is unrealistic in landing and other aspects. Dreamfleet has a far superior product that takes advantage of the latest technology. Unfortunately, CS didn't use this technology too well in the 707 and it had many flaws too that they also don't want to address. Now they are going to release the C130, don't expect a bug free product or much support. I don't see how the VC could suffer such framerate issues as the 707 and the systems probably aren't as complicated so it MIGHT be a good add-on, but I definately would wait with caution. I sure hope they do it right though as the herc is a great plane to fly.
