Problem with lights and colors!

Good day everyone, 

I don't know if this is a GPU settings or monitor colors problems? would you please take a look at the attached picture and tell me how to fix the light reflection on the wings? it doesn't look it is faded correct!  

I have AMD R9 290

And here is my screen resolution  and monitor settings

Any ideas?
