Trying to help a friend with his Phenom which comes up with dark displays and a message saying only one engine is running. There is radio traffic but cockpit is dark. I had him try shift+6 to set for ready to taxi but he said that didn't work. I did a reinstall by deleting the Phenom in Windows programs and reinstalling. No luck, same result.

 

Any suggestions? Do I need to delete and reinstall using a different procedure?

Think I got this fixed. Had to do with where Carenado installed components of the Phenom. Moved files to proper location and seems to be working.
