Press init crash to desk top

Hi PMDG'ers

Anyone come across this problem at all?  777 2 OR 3. I can load a FP into the FMC and can use either the request or type in manually everything apart from when i get to the Init Ref Page.  For some weird reason as soon as i input the V speeds or press the accept area the Sim crashes to the Desk Top. Never happened before the update to the 300 version but both versions are giving me probs.  Any ideas out there.
