CTD FSX SE with PMDG 737NGX SP1D

Hi,

I recently purchased both fsx se and pmdg 737 ngx and have a rather annoying problem.

When ending a flight it sometimes crashes to desktop, if i leave the fsx menu open with the pmdg aircraft and come back later to click fly now, it will CTD. If I intentionally crash pmdg aircraft it will CTD (This does not happen with a normal plane from fsx se, it will restart the flight).

Could you please help me fix my problem, I have posted the error from event viewer below.
