pmdg 747 and md11 doesnt ork mcp2

Hi, i have linda software 2.6.3 and mcp2 combo boeing vrinsight

 

And it well works with pmdg 737.

 

But with the pmdg 747 and md11 models doesnt work. I have the moduls md11 and 747 but the dysplay and buttons doesnt work.

 

Can you help me please. Many thanks
