Invalid argument error UT2 with P3d v2.5

Installed P3d several days ago latest version 2.5. Used Estonia Migration Tool to install Ultimate Traffic 2. However, when opening UT get the following error:

 

Error Loading Aircraft Assignments

Invalid argument = value of '0' is not valid for 'selected index'

parameter name : selected index

 

Google search shows that some have had same issue but can't seem to find a clear explanation as to how to fix. Looks like some cfg files need to be edited??

 

using

p3d v2.5

latest version of UT2

Windows 8.1

Only P3d installed on system....no FSX or FS9
