Lights too brights - landing panel dome and instruments

I've had the Citation since day one of release and with various mods from Janek and the ISG FMS addon, I've grown to like it. One gripe though, that continually bugs me is that   the landing, panel (particularly the dome) and instrument lights are way too bright, in FSX and P3D. Does anyone know of an adjustment or tweak to give them a more realistic glow
