Converting lua file for use with LINDA

Hello everyone,

 

I just got my self a shiny (well it more matte but anyway) new X55 and want to use LINDA to map controls to it. The only problem I have encountered so far is I can not make the lua file provided with the Aerosoft F-14X work. I have tried adding a function in fronts of the scripts within the file but it does not seem to work. Evidently I am better at making airplanes look pretty (or not depending on the weathering) than I am at scripting. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
