P3D v2.4 mouse/keyboard input lag & FPS stutters

Hi,

I've recently migrated from FSX to P3D and I'm loving it except for two things:

When I try to move my mouse and type in the FMC with my mouse it has a 0.5 second delay, which makes it worse since I use a mouse yoke for controls and the delay makes controlling the aircraft very challenging.

Another issue I have is sudden FPS drops, it can chill at 20-30fps for about 5-10 minutes and then drops to below 10 for about 5 seconds. It makes it very hard to play when on approach or short final.

Are their any solutions to these problems?

I never had the input delay in FSX and I don't know what's causing it in P3D.
