When I'm on an ILS approach I set the Autopilot to APR and watch my plane decend automatically towards the runway. While this is happening I manually reduce power and put the gear down ready for landing, etc.My problem is that when I'm close and ready to go to idle and flare the aircraft, I turn off Autopilot and my plane goes out of control with the nose rising dramatically. Its not stalling and my speed appears to be okay for landing!?!?What am I doing wrong? Or should I keep Autopilot on until I land? Please help!!

I believe this has something to do with the way the trim is set. There's another thread that discussed how to fix this, so please do a search for it.
